Helping our customers achieve this goal is what we do, maintaining more than 1.5 million square feet of space daily. By using effective and efficient cleaning techniques and observing maintenance schedules, our well-trained custodial staff produce the results a customer wants. From purchasing and using the right cleaning materials and equipment for the job to carefully selecting the members of our staff, CWR cares about the final product our customers receive.

Property managers understand that maintaining a property in top condition can be an instrumental part of an organization’s public image and success. We do too! We seek to reliably do the job right, the first time, to minimize disruptions to your organization. We also recognize your need to work within a budget. We work hard to customize our cleaning programs to work within your budget and give you the results you need. CWR is very proud of its success. Referral-generated business continues to be the driving force behind CWR’s development into a reliable company, serving satisfied customers since October 1993. Our clients will tell you that CWR has “more than exceeded” their expectations. Think of us as more than just your janitor, but as the custodian of your property. Your peace of mind becomes our peace of mind!
